In 1999, after three years of revival,
our church began to experience visitations of the Lord in a new and
deeper way. More and more frequently we found ourselves entering the
presence of the Lord in a way that reduced us to such a profound
stillness that no one dared violate the moment. We lay scattered across
the floor, some kneeling, some face down on the carpet, some weeping,
some shaking, but all of us reduced to deep stillness before the Lord.
The best description is that we simply soaked in the presence of the
Lord and came away deeply changed for it. Out of that experience comes
this album. It's quiet, mellow, suitable for soaking. Ten songs of
prayer, adoration and devotion.
